SOS Smart App updated version is now available for download.  With this update, SOS Smart App is now fully supported on both Android and iOS devices running the latest operating systems

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the previous issue where some customers encountered difficulties installing "SATO Online Services" from Google Play using devices that is running with the latest operating system. We kindly request affected customers to reattempt the installation of "SATO Online Services" from Google Play.

Minimum Operating System Requirement:
Android: Android 9 or later
iOS: Latest iOS version
