SOS User will not be able to log in to SATO Online Services during that period.

November 27, 2023 13:00 - November 27, 2023 17:00 (CEST)
November 27, 2023 20:00 - November 27, 2023 24:00 (JST)

Impact on customers during system maintenance period
・Login to SOS Web application and SOS Smart App cannot be made.
・Label printer cannot communicate with SOS cloud.
*If you are using the latest SOS agent, the provisioning error will not occur, butIf the SOS agent is not updated to the latest, provisioning errors may occur. Please refer to the supplementary information below regarding printer software operations when using the service during maintenance.

About system version update
From November 28, 2023 onwards, new feature will be available.
The announcement of the new feature will be posted in Topics on November 28, 2023.
