Notice for customers using SOS Real-time

Nov 29, 2019 (Updated Mar 2, 2020)

Please be informed that we have switched to a new SOS Cloud MQTT broker 2nd Mar 2020 to provide better services for your operations.

For SOS Real-time customers who have enabled outbound traffic via port 8883 based on domain name, you are required to change your network settings to allow the FQDN of the new SOS Cloud MQTT broker in order to continue utilizing services for SOS Agent updates and preventative maintenance (e.g. printer’s key setup information, operation statuses, and alert notifications) after this switchover.

You are also required to restart your printers to update the printer agent managing network communication.

For other SOS Real-time customers, only restarting your printers would be necessary.

While your label printing operations will not be affected by your SOS connectivity, we recommend you facilitate the switchover promptly to continue enjoying the full benefits of your SOS Real-time connection.
