Select a port diagnostic scan depending on whether you wish to use SOS Real-time or SOS Real-time Light, and whether you are connecting to the Internet with or without a proxy server.

SOS Real-time

: 1. Scan port 443 via proxy server and port 8883 via firewall
(for customers using proxy server)
: 2. Scan ports 443 and 8883, both via firewall
(for customers not using proxy server or using "Over Websocket")

SOS Real-time Light

: 3. Scan port 443 via proxy server
(for customers using proxy server)
: 4. Scan port 443 via firewall
(for customers not using proxy server)

Please note:
This is a simple diagnostic scan that checks the ports from a web browser,
and may not return accurate results for some network environments.
