[January 23 to 24, 2026] Maintenance Announcement for System Version Update

We are planning to have system maintenance to update SOS system version.
SOS User will not be able to log in to SATO Online Services during that period.
We apologize for inconvenience caused and appreciate for your kind understanding.


System maintenance period
January 23, 2026 20:00 - January 24, 2026 02:00 (EST)
January 24, 2026 02:00 - January 24, 2026 08:00 (CET)
January 24, 2026 10:00 - January 24, 2026 16:00 (JST)


Impact on customers during system maintenance period
・Login to SOS Web application and SOS Smart App will be unavailable.
・Label printer will not be able communicate with the SOS cloud.
*If you are using the latest SOS agent, the provisioning error will not occur. However, if the SOS agent is not updated to the latest version, provisioning errors may occur. Please refer to the supplementary information below regarding printer software operations when using the service during maintenance.

About system version update
From January 26, 2026 onwards, new feature will be available.
The announcement of the new feature will be posted in Topics on January 26, 2026.
