SATO Online Services Update Notice

Thank you for using SOS (SATO Online Services).
On January 26, 2026, we released the following new features and improvements.


  • A) New SOS Features for CL4/6-SXR
    1. 1.AI-based replacement timing prediction SOS now collects printer thermal head usage information in the cloud and uses AI to predict the best time to replace parts. This helps prevent unexpected on-site errors and supports more stable operation.
    2. 2.Automatic cloud backup (up to 3 clones) The printer’s clone (configuration file) is now automatically backed up to the cloud, up to three versions.
    3. 3.Remote sensor level adjustment You can now adjust the printer’s sensor level remotely.
    4. 4.SIM information display SIM information can now be viewed on the device details screen.
  • B) SOS Web App Improvements
    1. 1.The device details page is now easier to read by showing only the spare parts and accessory options currently installed.
    2. 2.A search function has been added to the Settings tab on the device details page, and the setting range is now shown for easier use.
    3. 3.The filter options on the device list page have been improved to optimize searching.
    4. 4.On the Battery List page (SOS Web App), you can now open the device details page for the corresponding serial number.
  • C) SOS Smart App Improvements
    1. 1.The SOS Smart App has been updated to support CL4/6-SXR. Important: Please fully close the SOS Smart App on your smart devices (exit the app), then reopen it.
