During the maintenance period, SOS users will be unable to log in to the SATO online service for approximately 15 minutes.

*There will be periods of approximately 15 minutes where the service is unavailable.
Impact on customers during system maintenance period
・Login to SOS Web application and SOS Smart App will be unavailable.
・Label printer will not be able communicate with the SOS cloud.
*If you are using the latest SOS agent, the provisioning error will not occur.
However, if the SOS agent is not updated to the latest version, provisioning errors may occur.
Please refer to the supplementary information below regarding printer software operations when using the service during maintenance.
